I’m just going to start writing and sharing about what is truly possible in track (sprinting) for the whole industry and not for a selected few. I don’t like the selected few businesses model in track and field, where the ones that don’t make the cut, are left to fend for themselves. I’ve created two business brands in track sprinting. Yokefellows Athletics (Youth Sprint Fundamental Training) and Sprint Battle (An Entertainment Event) they address the needs in today’s modern market and that inclusion of the 90% of athletes.    Its two weeks before the Sprint Battle pilot program launch in Nigeria, the actual date is June 23, 2023. This is an important date; a lot is riding on this date when it comes to establish momentum for other Sprint Battle competitions to be established. My goal is to have multiple competitions happening at once all over the globe. Its my hope we can properly capture and market the happenings of the event on that date of the 23th to conduct another Sprint Battle in the month of August 2023 as a revenue generator. I already have a few interested parties looking to know more about what Sprint Battle can do for them as a revenue channel.   It’s Euphoric Euphoria is cultivated and sustained for a long duration; this is the essence of why the “Sprint Battle” was created. Yokefellows Athletics is proud to present Sprint Battle performed on a 60m oval track that two athletes sprint around competing full out for 70m. In a deep analyst of the sprint (Track and Field) industry we found that the consumer market is primed to accept a new sprint format that captures the imagination of athletic speed as a euphoric entertainment spectacle. This compelling opportunity led us to create “Sprint Battle™” a sprint competition.     Angela Bailey is a two-time Olympian, Canadian Outdoor 100m (10.98), 200m (23.32) Indoor record holder and Olympic Silver medalist. Angela was the Co-founder of Yokefellows Athletics, before her passing (July 31, 2021) she enjoyed sharing her knowledge and experience with youth motivating them to be the best athlete they can. It is my purpose as her brother to see this venture and mission through as a legacy in her name. Yokefellows Athletics is Christian Spirited, that searches global communities for naturally gifted youth sprinters, giving them the opportunity to be seen by interested global parties. It is our intention at Yokefellows Athletics to meet the needs of those that come in contact with us, even outside of our main purpose of creating God blessed, positive and lucrative channels in athletics so, youths can become responsible elite athletes.  For years now I've been driven by my "WHY" a statement that goes like this "to be a supportive resource for charities and missions around the world".  During my last trip to Jamaica I had the opportunity to live my "WHY" and it felt awesome!!! I had an idea that came to me the summer of 2021,  as I was doing one of our Yokefellows Athletelics community outreach youth time sessions. I would ask parents to donate usable footwear to give back to those youth in  Jamaica in need.     We changed our company name few years ago to Yokefellows Athletics from Accelerations and Separation. Before the passing of my sister Angela Bailey (July 31, 2021) we came to the conclusion, "if God is not in it, what is the purpose of us doing any business"? The name Yokefellow comes from the bible (Philippians 4:3) concerning St Paul identifying individuals that helped him during the challenging and tenuous times he faced as he journeyed to Rome sharing the good news of Christ.  A Yokefellow helps where ever they can, its a personality of passion, love and care for the less fortunate and the struggling.
